"Great Britain Alone - June 1940 to June 1941"

With the French capitulation in June of 1940 to the German invasion of Russia in June of 1941, Great Britain stood alone against Hitler's Nazi war machine. How was Great Britain able to survive for those twelve months against the ever-growing Nazi Empire? The lecture will analyze the political, military, and domestic situations which took place in Great Britain, and her allied and enemy countries during this period.
